Finally relaunched yoga after 2 years! Why Viona Healing Flow? Life, as I see it, flows with each moment—whether joyous or challenging. Amid our packed schedules and the swift pace of modern life, it's easy for our minds to cloud with restlessness, obscuring the beauty of our daily lives. That's precisely why I created Viona Healing Flow—to bring a moment of mindfulness to as many people as possible, even if it's just for a single, calming breath.
I first discovered yoga at 17, guided by my mother. To me, yoga was more than just exercise; it was a gateway to mindfulness that profoundly shaped my perspective. By 24, after traveling around the world, I realized true discovery lay not in external landscapes but within us.
In January 2021, as the pandemic isolated the world, I began teaching yoga in the park. This wasn't just about teaching; it was about connecting—physically and spiritually—with those around me, sharing and growing together, and creating bonds that transcended mere physical practice.
Continuous practice deepened my connection to my true values and clarified my purpose. This clarity transformed me from a reserved individual into someone who now thrives on sharing and inspiring others. It's been a transformative journey, proving that by finding peace within, we can extend that peace outward.
Today, I'm thrilled to officially announce Viona Healing Flow. This initiative is more than a name; it's a commitment to helping others find their flow in life, embracing each moment with mindfulness and grace. Every session offers a chance to breathe a little deeper, find more calm, and connect more closely with our peaceful inner world.
