As someone who thrives on living in the present moment, I'm not naturally inclined towards social media. However, as a yoga teacher passionate about spreading mindfulness, I recognize the potential of social media to reach a wider audience than in-person classes ever could. So, I'm stepping out of my comfort zone to share something meaningful. For me, yoga has never been solely about physical poses.

In this sound series, we'll explore how different sound therapy tools—such as singing bowls, raining sounds, water sounds, and chimes—can create moments of tranquility and mindfulness.
Each 30 to 90-second video will offer a brief escape from the chaos of daily life, guiding you toward relaxation and inner peace.
