Viona Healing Flow Monthly Journal - May 2024

This month, VHF included Hatha Yoga sessions focusing on grounding and breath awareness, Power Yoga classes emphasizing strength and resilience, Vinyasa Flow integrating fluid movement with mindfulness, and Sound Therapy exploring the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls for stress relief and better sleep.

I learned the importance of balance and mindfulness in life. Feeling overwhelmed by juggling multiple tasks and an endless to-do list, I decided to step back, rest, and let go of some goals. This led to a profound sense of relief, clarity, and a focus on what truly matters, such as my first public speaking engagement as a real estate advisor and joining a meditation class to overcome trauma from a motorcycle accident.

For the new month, I am introducing the S.T.O.P. method to cultivate awareness and make conscious decisions by pausing thoughts and actions, focusing on mindful breathing, observing bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts, and then proceeding with activities while integrating these observations. Upcoming classes include Slow Movement on 1st June, Stress Relief Yoga on 15th June, Meditation & Sound Bath on 16th June, and Heart Opening Flow on 22nd June.
